Cutter Care

Taking good care of your clay cutters ensures that they last a long time. Here are our tips for cutter care:

• Always clean your cutter with a damp cloth or soapy water after use
• Ensure that your cutter is completely dry before storing
• Do not expose your cutter to high heat (eg. do not leave in the hot sun for prolonged periods), as it will warp
• Do not use excessive strength or force on your cutter

For smaller cutters, or cutters with higher detail, clay build up is inevitable due to the small gaps. Do use a small tool to remove the stuck clay before storing.
