Manufacturing Time
Firstly, thank you for your order! Our current timeline to manufacture is about 1-3 working days for tools, and 1-2 weeks for handmade jewelry. This may be a little longer during launch and promo periods.
Please note that this does not include the shipping time by the courier. Shipping time depends on where you are located in the world. Check out our expedited shipping option for faster transit times.
Shipping Rates
At the moment, we are not able to offer local pick up as an option. Please note that we do not collect taxes on our website (USA parcels are duty-paid by sender). For shipping rates, refer to the table below:

USA deliveries (orders before 25 Aug 2025): Please note that signature is required upon delivery. Tracking on the courier website is up till the parcel reaches USA, from there, the post office is able to track for collection.
USA deliveries (on and after 25 Aug 2025): Full tracking available, no signature required upon delivery.
Singapore deliveries: Singpost
All other countries: via Singapore Post International Registered Mailing, which will then be passed to your national courier.
Shipping rates may change according to changes in courier charges.

The below table is a guide to the delivery timelines (these are estimates, excludes manufacturing time, and depends on the volume of your national courier):

Note: Some destination countries may require additional taxes, customs and import duties and fees, which may affect the custom clearances of deliveries to these areas. All duties and fees for custom clearances are the responsibility of the customer (except USA, which is duty-paid), and must be paid by you in order for the delivery to be cleared.
These policies and fees differ greatly from country to country, and Cutterglobe has no control over these. We are hence not able to further advise you on any of such additional charges.
